Changing a belt on a 85 oldsmobile 98?

i have a 85 olds 98 regency brougham 3.8 liter 6 cyl. the belts is not a serpitine its like certain ones going around diff ones so any way i need to take off the belt going around the power steering and waterpump down to crankshaft well wheres the adjusters for that you know to loosen and tighten so if someone can help me out i apperciate it thx
