Vegetarians who go to subway?

At the subway where I go to, if anyone orders a veggie sub the employees always ask if the customer wants them to change their gloves. I have never had a problem with it and they always offer. They don't touch all the meat sometimes, in case people don't ask them to change gloves. For chicken and such they have it in a carton and they put it on the sub but they don't touch it, just dump it from the carton.
