What's wrong with the hall of fame? why aren't these guys in the hall?

there is seriously something very wrong with the hall of fame selection process. how in the hell are cris carter and tim brown not in the hall while michael irvin is? is it some kinda cowboys bias? and it's time to get terrell davis in. I still don't understand why Aeneas Williams when lesser players with more exposure such as Darrell Green and Rod Woodson are in. Same with Steve Atwater and Carnell lake. Kevin Greene and Cortez Kennedy selections are also long overdue. It's also a travesty that Gary Anderson isn't in.
