Does the El Cortez casino in Las Vegas stop people from progressive betting on single deck blackjack?

It seems like they have a good single deck game with fair rules (3-2 for Blackjack, etc) but I've heard that they stop anyone who varies their bet at all. Progression looks much different than counting and the cams can tell the difference. But I don't want to get all the way out there and find out they won't let you play in a reasonable manner. By progression I mean doubling your bet when you lose, until you win (or run out of money).
