Your pick(s) for best referee and worst referee ?

I think Joe Cortez should step down.Hes fair but hes firm...well not anymore.Hes getting Old and not fair anymore.Tony Weeks right now is probably the best cause he is bilingual and a very fair minded man.Kenny is too nervous out there.He makes me nervous just watching him refereeing.I like Authur Mercante,he a bit controversial but good.Jay Nady is good but he makes some bad call at times.Some one should be referring the referees.
