Should I buy this car?

It is a 92 Oldsmobile 88 for 1,600 with only 105,000 miles, no rust once so ever and only has one previous owner who was a senior citizen. The big catch is that when I looked it over I found oil in the anti-freeze. If I can throw 400-500$ at this problem and make it go away I'd buy it because it is so cheap to begin with. But could it be a sign of something much more worrisome? Also it has a V6 3.8 liter engine if that helps.
