Im buying 1970 oldsmobile toronado need sugestions?

Ok this guy selling his toronado and i really like it.. its black color .. v8 and 455 motor so pretty powerfull car.. and i know it sucks at gas but the car is in good condition and everything works good.. he selling it cheap and it only have 54k miles on it so what do you think guys should i make the deal or not????
