Repo! The Genetic Opera Costume?

ok, so im making a costume for the repo man in the movie but im having trouble finding some things. first off, i need a long black neoprene ( i think thats how its spelled) apron, and black leather shoulder length gloves. im using a trench coat for the main jacket and have the patches but for the basic body costume i just need the apron and gloves. im kind of on a budget so if you have any clue where i can get these things decently priced it would be greatly helpful.
