My Car Radio does not work?

I have 1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera 4 door Sedan and the radio will not work. It sometimes get one station but the clock radio will not work and I can't change it to another station. It also gives lots of static and when I try to play a cassette player iPod connector it does nothing but just more static. I have tried checking the fuse panel but everything is good. What is wrong and is there a cheap Solution to this problem
