If i wear nike cortez and dickies shorts will i be in a risk of danger?

ok i am no gangbanger and never will be 1,but i like dickies and cortez alot and i am thinking of wearing it to a restaurrant.(day) and idk if anyone is going to mistake me as a gangbanger and might jump me. so is it a good idea or no? will i be in a risk of danger?
