WTF . Joe Cortez .......................?

WTF, i know it looked like an elbow but Marcos was turned around and was using that part of his body to push away rather than to deliver a cheap shot. How does Joe Cortez take a point for something like that without even warning him first. I know the fight wasn't close enough in the end for it to matter but wtf is wrong with that ref?
