How do I go about putting new gauges in my car?

I have a 1994 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight, and I'm thinking about putting new gauges in it. preferably ones better for performance. the current gauges I have now are the old semicircle gauges and my three gauges are the Motor Temperature, The Speed, and The Fuel and was wanting to put circular gauges in it . In a car such as mine would i have to put a new dash in to fit the new gauges?
