99 Oldsmobile Alero or 01 GMC Jimmy?

I should be getting my license sometime this summer and my parents plan to give me one of these cars and sell the other one. The Alero has a pretty good sound system but it has way to many visual parts and no performance parts whatsoever and it's 2 door/ 4 Cylinders. The Jimmy is pretty much stock except for a bass in the back and rims and is 4 door/ 6 Cylinders. They're both in good condition. Which one would you pick?
