Why wasnt pernell whitaker disqualified for his dirty tactics against chavez?

why are you such a crybaby? you are complaining about light hitting "sweet pea", he of the 15 knockouts in 35 or so fights at the time of the chavez fight? was chavez not known for his own "tough guy tactics' like hitting low, hitting on the break, etc? why was julio not disqualified for not staying in his corner during the last 2 seconds against meldrick taylor? i'm sick of this "foreign fighter discrimination" nonsense that goes on here. some of the most atrocious decisions in the history of boxing have happened when american fighters have gone overseas. stop whining like prodigy and be a man.
