MY CAR WILL NOT HOLD WATER/COOLANT!!!?

As soon as i pour water ot coolant into my 1995 Oldsmobile 88 it leaks right out without the car even being started. i looked under while someone poured water in it and the water was coming out by the engine where a whole was that looked like some kind of plug was supposed to be in the whole. What kind of plug do i need??
