I have a 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora, when i start my car up there's white smoke coming out of both tailpipes.?

This pass week i had a water pump replaced and my oil change was done. This white smoke is also coming out when i come to a stop. I hoping that someone could advise if this is a major problem?
