I am a 22 year old male Interested in becoming a SCUBA instructor.?

I currently reside in Washington State and am looking to pick up and move in the next month. I have a lump sum of roughly $70,000 at the moment and plan on working at least part time while going through certification process until I can find a job in the industry. I have little experience diving which is limited basically to some snorkeling in the Sea of Cortez. But I have always had an addiction to anything relating to wildlife and I know this is something that I could potentially have great passion for. So far Key Largo, FL has become my top choice. Can anyone elaborate opinions on Key Largo, the diving scene there, experiences as a PADI certified instructor, or just anything deemed useful information for my situation?
