1991 Oldsmobile automatic transmission oil cooler lines?

I own a 91 Oldsmobile 88, and recently one of the transmission oil cooler lines separated between the medal part and hose big mess, I was surfing the web and found out there was a recall for this problem back in 96 i was wondering if I can still take advantage of the recall 15 years later or if i should just go head and fix it, i would call the dealership but its a holiday weekend. Thanks
